Review by Maria Kushnerchuk – Master of pedagogy and practical psychology

In times of social turbulence and high uncertainty, when emotional pressure on individuals is increasing, the family becomes the foundation that ensures psychological resilience, emotional comfort, and a sense of belonging. It is within the family that the foundations of emotional intelligence, empathy, self-reflection, and responsibility are formed.

As Ukrainian writer Oles Honchar once said: “Family is not only about love — it’s also about responsibility, patience, the ability to understand and support.” These values nurture a healthy individual and, more broadly, a harmonious society.

In this light, the proposed program is a modern, effective, and intuitive tool based on artificial intelligence, which offers families powerful emotional support, helps resolve interpersonal conflicts, set shared goals, and strengthen connections. It promotes the development of assertiveness, adaptive coping strategies, and a stable family interaction style.

One of the most valuable features is the interactive AI-based chat, which helps reduce emotional tension in difficult family situations. It provides answers to both parents and children, offers emotional support, and gives space for reflection — helping users look at problems from a new, more conscious and balanced perspective. Such conversations often serve as emotional grounding and a tool for constructive dialogue.

The shared planning function is especially meaningful: by organizing their day, week, or longer time frames, parents and children simultaneously learn effective interaction, compromise, respectful negotiation, setting personal boundaries, and taking responsibility for shared decisions. It becomes a real-life training in emotional literacy.

Every user gains space for self-expression, reflection, and the safe exchange of meaningful daily experiences. The program emphasizes respect for personal boundaries, time, and emotional needs of each family member — the very foundation of trust and mature relationships.

As Vasyl Sukhomlynsky emphasized: “The happiness of a family is the happiness of each of its members.” The program helps overcome challenges, experience the joy of achievement, and support one another — not only in person but also at a distance. It helps shape the family as a space of growth, mutual understanding, and spiritual unity.

I am a mother of two teenage boys, a practical psychologist, and a Master of Pedagogy and Psychology. I was forced to flee the war to protect the lives of my children and care for their safety, mental well-being, and education. My family has been separated by war, and we tested this program while living apart — and we are truly satisfied with the results.

Wishing success to the entire team! This is a brilliant idea and an urgent need for many Ukrainian families in today’s reality. I am confident that thanks to this program, the modern family receives a real, simple, and practical resource for a happy, harmonious, and mindful life — even in the face of today’s challenges.
